Teamspeak at maximum capacity.

About a week ago when the numbercount started to increase i upgraded the server slots from 15 to 25.
The money was transferred and the control panel shows there are 25 slots now.
However, for some reason it turns out the server is still at 15 slots.

I already filed a support ticket, and I would have called them but they are unavailable until monday.
Hopefully this situation is being resolved soon, there is nothing i can do about it at this time.

I'll let you guys know as soon as I have more information.

I recently increased the slots on my teamspeak server from 15 to 25.
The money was transferred succesfully and it says 25 slots in the control panel.
However, this is not the case, the maximum is still at 15.
(I tried restarting the server but that did not solve anything.)

Seems something went wrong with this upgrade on our side. Your server is now 25 slots, and I've added one week free week to compensate.

Any word on our own server? Our base got ransacked. But my tents are still there with full gear set. Should be enough to get us started on a new server.
