Event - Operation Black Widow [05:00 GMT+1] 26th July

A highly trained terrorist organisation known as Serpentine has succesfully kidnapped the daughter of the secretary of defense.
Intel reveals she is being kept hostage in one of the rooms on the 1st floor inside the school in Electro.
The secretary of defense has ordered the dispatch of his finest Delta Force.

Alice (The daughter), is to be extracted to Topolka Dam..
Once the area is secured, a transport helicopter will arrive to pick up the team and the hostage.
In a attempt to extract information, Alice has been severly wounded, therefore her mobility is limited.


Additional rules:

Alice can only move at a maximum speed of crouch-running, and she has to be supported by a nearby person who cannot engage in the fight.
Both teams can move her arround (Alice follows the nearest crouched person).
Alice may not be killed.
The mission is over when:

1: Alice makes it to the topolka dam
2: The entire delta force has been wiped

Both teams may only make use of sidearms.

When a person is taken out, he can respawn as the default old man skin (Ali G) and spectate the remainder of the event unarmed.


Depending on attending members, I might swap some people to equal the teams

Despite the outside interferance and frustrations, I hope everyone had a good time.
Unfortunatly we can only organise this to a certain extend due to limited admin powers allowed to be used etc.

Good run tryout group. We had some good teamwork going there after the initial frustrations.

Hey, cool stuff! Too bad I missed it.

But... how did it work? Can you do something like that with the DayZ mod? And was the served on the hive, meaning people actually got killed?

it was a 10 vs 10 I believe.

few seconds after event started outsiders shot like 4 5th members down.
try-outs approached with care but encountered some outsiders aswell.
In the end 5th prevailed with 3 members left standing.

Alice was never saved :'(

Damn, sounds like a decent firefight.

What I was thinking for today looks like a Sunday park ride compared to that. But I'm 100% open for suggestions of course
